UChicago Medicine Crown Point brings outstanding adult and pediatric care to the Northwest Indiana community.
We are accepting new appointments.
The new state-of-the-art multispecialty care center is conveniently located at I-65 and 109th Avenue in the Beacon Hill Development District.
