A dedicated educator and mentor, Dr. Pincavage trains medical students and residents in areas such as clinical reasoning, primary care, transitions of care, patient-centered communication and resilience skills. For example, she led an initiative in the resident clinic to improve patient handoffs through quality improvement and resident education of patient-centered care transitions.
