Amber Johnson, MD, MS, MBA, is a board-certified cardiologist who specializes in general cardiology, providing inpatient and outpatient preventive cardiology care, as well as general cardiology consultation. Dr. Johnson is known for her compassionate, evidence-based approach to heart disease treatment designed to empower her patients to take an active role in their overall health and well being.
Along with her work with patients, Dr. Johnson is also dedicated to conducting groundbreaking research in the field of cardiology that improves patient outcomes. She is currently studying how to improve patient-centered care for managing high blood pressure. Her work has been published in numerous highly respected, peer-reviewed journals, such as JAMA, Circulation, the Journal of the American Heart Association, Annals of Internal Medicine and more.
