The University of Chicago Medicine Physician Relations team works to build meaningful relationships with referring physicians by understanding physicians' needs and addressing concerns. We also expedite access to specialists and services at UChicago Medicine and Comer Children's Hospital, serving as a collaborative bridge between you, your office staff, and our multidisciplinary physician teams.

Physician Relations Team

UChicago CareLink

Eligible physicians may use CareLink to review their patients' electronic medical and imaging records, place referral orders and communicate with UChicago Medicine internal and external providers.

CareLink portal enables physicians to view, share, and move diagnostic imaging in real-time. Designed to reduce CDs, streamline image management, speed up time-to-care delivery, and enhance patient success of care. Referring providers will now have access to view image results and studies.
