The Acute Care Clinic is part of the Primary Care Clinic at Cottage Grove and provides care for minor illnesses and injuries that require prompt attention but are not medical emergencies.

Acute Care appointments can be scheduled up to 3 days in advance. This scheduling window applies only to acute care appointments and is intended for patients with illnesses or injuries that need timely treatment.
