In this free class, a registered nurse helps expectant parents learn about breastfeeding essentials, including:
- Infant latch-on and positioning
- Monitoring infant intake and output
- Maternal diet
- Troubleshooting problems
Additionally, we provide an introduction to breast pumps and discuss planning needs for mothers returning to work. We also discuss the role of fathers and partners in breastfeeding and skin-to-skin.

Live Video Class via Zoom
This class is taught live via Zoom by our prenatal nurse educator.
