UChicago Medicine Ventures is a $25 million strategic venture investment vehicle dedicated to transforming healthcare through innovative health technology. We invest in and partner with growth-stage companies from Seed to Series C that are positioned to accelerate the clinical, operational  and economic impact of healthcare solutions.

Our Investment Strategy

  • Investment size: Target investments range from Seed to Series D, with a maximum total investment of $2 million per company.
  • Partnerships: Investments are made alongside established venture general partners who manage institutional funds, ensuring rigorous due diligence and fiduciary responsibility.
  • Sustainability: ESG criteria are weighted equally with other material risk factors in our decision-making process.
