Chicago Bears player Tommie Harris and the team's mascot Staley will pay a special visit to pediatric patients at the University of Chicago Comer Children's Hospital to kick off the new Bears Hugs program that was developed by the Chicago Bears.

What

The goal of Bears Hugs is to lift the spirits of children in hospitals throughout the Chicago area with the help of Bears mascot Staley. Defensive tackle Tommie Harris is along to launch the program. He will read a couple of stories to the pediatric patients. Afterward, the children will have the opportunity to ask him questions.

When

Please meet in the lobby of the University of Chicago Comer Children's Hospital at 2 p.m. Monday, March 28, 2005. The visit will last until 3:30 p.m. and will take place in the hospital's main playroom.
