Getting started is easy because you're already enrolled!
Forefront Family is available for University of Chicago and UChicago Medicine employees and their dependents with any accepted insurance plan. It will be available to all UChicago employees and their immediate family members starting January 1, 2026.Book an adult or pediatric primary care or women’s health services appointment by emailing or calling the Forefront Family team. Include specifics about your request as well as your contact information and we’ll find the best available appointment that fits your schedule. Appointment availability varies by location, provider and service.
